The last few weeks have been absolutely hectic around here. Work and home life have been so busy that I’ve had to pull 12 – 14+ hour days just to get everything done. As a result, I allowed myself a little bit of ‘healthy procrastination’ this weekend, avoiding doing anything remotely adult by spending an embarrassing amount of time watching videos of a very round, very cute pet raccoon.

(I dare you to click on that link and not immediately want a pet raccoon.)

Anyway, after watching all of these adorable raccoon videos, I had the urge to create some home decor featuring animals. After some fiddling around in InDesign, I’ve created some free printable woodland animal wall art to share with you today!

These vintage-style free printables feature delicate hand-drawn line art and scientific names written in an old-timey font, so they’re a perfect low cost wall art idea suitable for farmhouse, French country, and eclectic cottage-style home decor.

(If I got the scientific names wrong, I’m sorry. Blame Wikipedia, not me – I’m a humanities girl!)

I have created three versions of each printable. There is a bunny, a squirrel, and a raccoon version. As such, you can either pick your favourite animal or print all three to create a pretty woodland animal collage.

Each free forest animal printable comes in multiple sizes including A4, A3, 8 x 10, letter, and an oversize 24 x 36. This means they’re super easy to print – no scaling required!

Clicking the above links will automatically download a .zip folder containing all sizes of the printable. To open .zip files on Windows, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. On Mac, double click the .zip file and the folder will be unzipped automatically.
